任职资格：
1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture or relevant major; 5-8 years of professional practice, and possess very strong design abilities, self-motivated and a valuable team player;
建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，5-8年实际工程经验，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强的领导能力和团队精神；
2. Require extensive past working experience.
具有丰富的工作经验。
3.Possess excellent visualization skills and experiences in projects of difference scales;具有扎实的专业设计基础，掌握建筑各专业相关知识，有参加大中型项目方案设计的经验;
4. Familiarity with Chinese policy and regulations, planning applications and procedure;

建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，2-5年实际工程经验，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强的领导能力和团队精神；
2. Ability to initiate and develop conceptual design ideas within a group or as design
team leader;
能和设计团队一起或者是在最小的设计团队下独立发起并发展深化概念设计;
3. Possess creative and organizational skills to prepare high quality design presentations;

4. Experience in all project phases and understanding of building materials and
techniques according to the regulations in China;

任职资格：
1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture or relevant major; 0-2 years of professional practice, and possess very strong design abilities, a valuable team player;
建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，0-2年实际工程经验，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强团队精神；
2. Good understanding of architectural theory, and good understanding of contemporary building and construction techniques;
良好的建筑理论素养，和良好的建筑表现及表达能力；
3. Proficient in Rhino, , Sketch-up, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD and other professional software;
熟练应用Rhino, Sketch-up, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCad 等专业软件；
4. Good sense of responsibility and teamwork;

项目经理 PM Project Manager

工作职责：
1. 项目前期拓展，捕捉项目信息及竞赛信息、与业主进行前期接触、了解项目信息；
2. 项目商务管理，拟定服务建议书、进行合同的制定、谈判、管理；
3. 与业主沟通，协调项目阶段进度和每一阶段的工作内容，明确任务边界，及时协调处理设计过程中出现的问题；
4. 与项目相关的设计机构及相关部门进行联系协调，保证项目顺利推进；
5. 协助项目建筑师统筹项目工作计划、控制项目进度并进行合理调控；
6. 协助项目建筑师协调人力资源分配，确保人力资源与项目进展的匹配；
7. 协助项目建筑师监督项目质量，协调项目技术疑难解决；
8. 参与制订项目成本预算，按预算控制项目成本，确保项目预期利润的实现；
9. 跟进项目回款，审核项目合同与项目结算，保证项目预算目标的实现；
10. 协助项目建筑师对项目组成员的绩效进行评价。

任职资格：
1. 建筑学或城市规划专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 三年以上建筑设计经验，并具有两年以上项目管理经验；
3. 具有团队精神、进取精神和服务意识、能主动承担工作压力；
4. 具有较强的合同管理能力，能有效地进行合同谈判、编写、签订、合同进度控制、合同执行及风险把控；
5. 具备良好的协调沟通能力，能准确理解业主的意图并进行友好持续地沟通；
6. 具备较强的统筹协作能力，能够充分地理解团队工作并与团队成员紧密协同；
7. 掌握建筑及规划设计项目的专业知识，熟悉建筑及规划设计项目的设计流程和运作流程；
8. 有较强的逻辑思维和文字语言表达能力，熟练应用MS Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD, Photoshop和其他常用软件；
9. 具有海外工作经历、国外知名设计机构工作经历、国内大型设计机构工作经历者优先，具有硕士学位及海外学习经历者优先，具备一定英语沟通能力者优先。
