Creative Designer

The Role:
• Independently design or work with the design director to conceive, develop and realize eye-catching architectural/interior/urban design concepts.
• Regularly communicate project information; conduct technical communication with customers to ensure that customer needs are responded to in a timely manner and communicate customer needs to the team in a timely manner; ensure timely delivery and that the quality of results meets the requirements.
• Estimate project risks and control project costs; provide technical support according to the project site conditions to ensure the implementation of project design quality.
• Independently responsible for or in collaboration with the team to complete the plan and preliminary design, responsible for the management and technical implementation of interior design plans for model rooms, exhibition centers, hotels, etc.

The requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in architectural design;

Design Director

The Role:
The role would suit an ambitious and driven person who is looking for a job full of challenges. The role is both technical and also administrative. Not only does it require excellent design skills, but it also requires leading and working among with team members to complete the design tasks.
You will have more than 10 years of work experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on design experience and at least 4 years of team management experience. You will be a good communicator and a dynamic individual who is used to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. The experience in hospitality and cultural tourism projects in China will help you to understand the clients well. Being passionate and experienced in skiing, water sports, etc. are a plus to this role.
