Founded in 1967, DP Architects is the largest and one of the most representative architectural firms in Singapore. Senior Urban Planner /Senior Urban Designer（ Guangzhou）
高级城市规划师/高级城市设计师（广州）

You aspire to excel in urban research and analysis, particularly in urban planning projects. Your role will involve being one of the lead designers, responsible for proposing planning and design concepts. You will oversee the overall work process, arrange work plans, collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners, and effectively communicate with clients.

• Graduate degree or above in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, overseas study experience is preferred;
• 5 years or more of relevant work experience is required, overseas work experience is preferred;
• Priority will be given to having intermediate or senior technical titles, registered planner qualifications, or other relevant professional ability certificates;
• Display a strong understanding of urban planning practices in China
• Good at solving complicated urban issues and providing holistic solutions; Good at leading team works across diverse disciplines and professions.
• Excellent communication skills and expression skills in both Chinese and English, have the capacity to work in English language environment and direct leasing with overseas teams/partners/clients;

• Excellent academic background (BArch in Architecture， Bachelor‘s Degree in Urban Planning， Landscape Architecture or above)， overseas study experience is preferred;

• Excellent academic background (min. BArch in architecture or equivalent required)
• Have at least 2 years of work experience, with roles as a Senior Architect in large-scale mixed-use projects.
• Excellent time management and organization skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
• Skilled in design software (AutoCAD Sketchup, Adobe etc) and possessed knowledge of Microsoft Office

You have a passion and understanding of the industry, and will mainly be responsible for organizing diagrams and charts, expressing design concept drawings, and formatting reports and panels.

• Excellent academic background (Bachelor Degree in Arts and design or above)；
• Has high aesthetic and design sensitivity, strong graphic expression ability and hand drawing ability;
• Familiar with media related linguistics and editing ability；
• Good communications skills and able to work as a team；
• Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Chinese; Capable of performing translation tasks between Chinese and English;
• Excellent time management and ability to independently complete tasks on hand with good work ethics.
