资深主创建筑师Senior Design Architect
• 10年以上设计院/外资/事务所工作经验（商业，办公，酒店项目经验优先）；
• 良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计；
• 能独立领导5-8人设计团队，把控进度，与业主沟通，并独立完成一定尺度的公共建筑项目；
• 熟练建模软件，及方案深度技术图纸绘制；
• 有项目管控能力，独立参与与业主的沟通及汇报工作；
• 熟悉基本建筑规范及地方法规；
• 建筑学本科及以上学历。

• 10 year working experience （Mixed-Use, Office, Hospitality Project experience preferred）

• 建筑学本科及以上学历。

平面设计师Graphic Designer

• 有建筑设计方案设计/汇报文本制作经验优先考虑；
• 熟练操作Photoshop、In design、AI、MS Office、AutoCAD等相关设计软件；
• 具备良好的文字功底，有较强的审美及丰富的美工经验，思维活跃；
• 本科或以上学历；
• 有良好的的沟通和协作能力，有责任心；
• 用心，专注，对自己从事的事业有热忱，并有动力完成每项任务。

• Experience in creating architectural design/presentation documents is preferred.
• Proficient in using Photoshop, InDesign, AI, office, AutoCAD and other related design software.
• Have good writing skills, strong aesthetic and rich art work experience, and active thinking.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and sense of responsibility.
• Dedicated, ambitious and a drive to see each task through to completion.

商务经理Business Development Manager

• 全国设计业务市场开拓、客户关系维护；
• 5年以上的经营和市场开发能力；
• 参与合同谈判、沟通协调；
• 跟踪项目收款情况，协助项目经理及时收款；
• 市场营销或建筑相关专业，2年以上建筑行业从业经验；
• 具备稳固扎实的工程拓展销售经验，了解建筑设计基本理论；
• 具备出色的谈判技巧及良好的沟通能力；
• 具备团队合作经验；
• 能在压力下保持积极、良好的工作状态；
• 熟悉酒店设计客户者优先。

• Design business market development and client relationship management.
• More than 5 years of operational and market development capabilities.
• Assist in contract negotiations, communication and coordination with clients.
• Track project payment status and assist project managers receiving payments on time.
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of relevant industry work experience (marketing, architecture)
• Having solid experience in marketing and sales, and familiar with architectural design.
