Interior Design Director（K-12，C+PA，Retail +Mixed-Use）

• 针对K-12基础教育，文化观演，商业办公综合体领域中的一个专项领域发展趋势有全面的理解；
• 室内设计或相关专业，有国外学习经历及国外设计机构工作经历的优先考虑；
• 建筑专业学士学位或以上，中国“老八校”本科毕业优先；10年以上室内设计工作经验，其中3年以上海外或外资设计公司工作经验，担任过中国大型公共建筑项目主创设计师或室内设计负责人；
• 突出的建筑设计才能，熟悉建筑设计过程，有相对系统的工作方法，能够独立或带领团队（包括专业顾问）推进项目各阶段（概念设计、方案设计、初步设计）设计工作要求，并对工作成果质量负责；
• 具有较强的对外沟通能力，熟悉项目流程，能够准确理解业主及利益相关者的要求；

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the development trend of a specific field in K-12 Education, C+PA cultural performance, and Retail+ mixed-use commercial office complex;
• Master’s Degree in Architecture, more than 10 years’ interior design work experience, more than 3 years’ overseas work experience, worked as the chief Interior Designer or principal of large public construction projects;
• Familiar with the design operation process, outstanding architectural design ability, relatively systematic working method, able to independently or lead the team to promote the design work of each stage of the project (conceptual design, program design, and in-depth design), and have high requirements on the work results;
• Strong external communication skills, familiar with the project process, able to accurately understand the owner’s needs, and effectively organize the team;
• Proficiency in 2D CAD Drafting(AutoCAD), Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and rendering.
• Specialized knowledge, coordinated or guided the project leader to coordinate the technical consultant team;
• Positive working attitude and sense of responsibility;
• Proficient in both Chinese and English or working experience in a well-known firm is preferred;

高级室内设计师 Senior Interior Designer

• 室内设计或相关专业，有国外学习经历及国外设计机构工作经历的优先考虑；
• 10年室内设计项目经验；具备独立或者带领团队完成项目从概念设计到项目竣工的能力；
• 精通施工图纸、施工节点、工艺、材料以及后期施工落地沟通；
• 熟练掌握Rhino, ID, AI, PS和CAD等常用软件以及熟练运用渲染软件；
• 良好的中英文沟通能力者优先。

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Architecture/Interior Design. Applicants with international academic and/or professional experience are preferred;
• 10 years or above working experience. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Ability to cooperate efficiently with the design team as well as third party consultants, suppliers and other related professional parties during whole project process;
• Good construction drawing abilities，details, materials and on-site experiences are required;
• Proficiency in 2D CAD Drafting(AutoCAD), Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and rendering;
• Fluency in Mandarin OR English required, knowledge of the other is a plus.
